Re: Complete collection of Day 2 decklists from Worlds

One of the top 8 players forgot to list all of their shields on one of their decks. Glad this was not a problem for you cause for me I forgot to list 1 of my shields and was not allowed to play with it :| . I also forgot to list 3 main deck cards too though and was allowed to correct my list but for...

Re: Need a Tutor

Well I am willing to teach the game. But it takes time, after getting a decent grasp of everything to become competitive at the various levels. If the poster of this topic or anyone else needs any tutoring please email me at: iliveforstarwars@live.com and I will see what I can do. It'd be great to g...

That's not what I heard from someone else. I've been using the system but heard I could (obviously if true should) start throne room. It says deploy on Yavin IV not Yavin IV system. Either way we've come up with some good ones. It would just help to start throne room.

Restore Freedom To The Galaxy

So the best way to start this is HFTMF (v) which gets you your critical mission and 2 immune to alter effects right?

My main question is this. It says deploy on Yavin. Does that mean any Yavin location like Yavin IV Throne Room or does it have to be the Yavin IV system?

Sorry it took so long and that you had to lock the other topic after I posted a picture of my girlfriend, but pics or it didn't happen for the sealed deck world titles? I rest my case pretty hard.

Re: World Class Decks of 2010

I played against Casey's Court. It did not go well for him. Yeah, your deck and the LTWW throne room are particularly bad matchups for the Court mains deck. (Also the deck isn't particularly good). lol, bad match-ups hell yeah. But against a lightside deck that tries for space like HB or WYS it roc...

I might be going. I was thinking about just driving there. It would be a 5 hour drive from Jacksonville right?

Re: World Class Decks of 2010

I don't know the specifics but I favor the deck with more activation unless you're playing a system in cotvg. Ships from reserve is what makes this deck better than other options. List Please? list How much do you activate a turn off of your stuff alone? I've always seen Imperial Supply played for ...

Re: World Class Decks of 2010

Seems like a lot of players had COTVG decks on day 2. I wonder how they did with them. Profit does seem on the rise. Well since no one else has commented on this... I know of 6 players who played court but maybe there were more. 4 Atlanta players (who played my version posted on the main page under...

Re: Worlds 2010 Final Standings

Yeah, you're really only SOL if you lose your first two games against players that go on to do terribly, and if that is the case...you probably should've just won those games. As in most cases I agree. I couldn't have put it any better. SoS is what we're going to do. At least try it before forming ...

Re: Worlds 2010 Final Standings

the downside is if you lose games early it makes it very tough to climb out of the basement and still make the cut as you are playing against other players with weak records for the next couple rounds who will give you low SoS total. With the current system, the lowball is possible, as players who ...

Re: Worlds 2010 Final Standings

Interesting, thanks for doing that. I'm not a fan of SoS (really anti actually) but i like that Sokol would've finished 2nd. He was the only undefeated after 6 and it seemed rather cruel that he fell to 7th. Agreed not a fan of SoS but Matt did seem to get jacked. i think its odd you two arent a fa...

theres no such thing as a sealed world champ title Ah. Sounds like Lord of the Rings then. There's no such thing as a World Champ title for that either. Pretty much Brian. These guys may not realize it but I have glass trophies from both this year and last for the sealed deck events. Those of us wh...

Re: Worlds 2010 Final Standings

Day 2 Game 1 my Watto vs. Jonny Chu's Profit. I was not playing with a full deck, literally. I had 57 cards in my main deck and only 11/12 shields. I had hand written 'v' on white slips on typing paper for my virtual cards as I had no time to print them off before the event since I had spent all my ...
