Re: Are there any Decipher cards that seemed especially rare to you?

I agree with the OP about R3-T6. Definitely did not see much of that card.

When I needed them, I had trouble finding the following:

Jedi Levitation, Janus Jerrick, Force Push, LTWW, and a few more of the common v-cards that are for good cards like Anakin, etc.
For me, Lando System.

Re: Coronavirus

You going out into public and not being apart of the lockdown, doesn't affect just you. You could have COVID and you could spread it to someone. You don't get to make that choice and let your choice risk someone else's life. You don't like that. Fine. Don't live in a society. This is the choice you...

Re: Coronavirus

FWIW, I did PM the mods about those posts. I think they are appaling for exactly the reasons you mention, albeit not surprising giving the guys posting history. I'm also not surprised that the mods didn't deal with them more as some people in this community are protected from repercussions when the...

Re: Coronavirus

Well lets do the math Hunter. I had done the math already. "I'm good with calculation." (And also, am possibly a robot.) In 2 years during the Ebola outbreak, Ebola infected less than 30k people (according to CDC). It killed just over 11k. So less than 50% mortality rate (even though you stated 80%...

Re: Coronavirus

Right from the outset, it was obvious that this infection is NOWHERE NEAR as dangerous as ANY of those others. You probably mean but did not write "if you caught it". If you compare both the fatality rate and the way in which it spreads, so the virus in its whole, I cannot agree that Covid-19 is "n...

Re: Coronavirus

that's the point where you should stop provoking people and tone it down a notch, Hunter. Oh, and when is the point where people should stop provoking me, and tone it down a notch? I'll set an alarm, so I know when it's coming. I will not be singled out as the one who should "stop provoking people"...

Re: Variance should be Paramount

3) Decrease variance too much, and risk losing (more) players who aren't having fun. However: tolerance for variance is very strictly a matter of personal preference. If you increase variance in a way that is pleasing for some players, it will (inevitably) cause the opposite reaction in some other ...

Re: Variance should be Paramount

• Variance helps lesser players win against better players (on occasion). • Reducing variance helps better players keep winning (more). Certainly agree with both of these. • More successful / popular games often have a healthy amount of variance. I'm not completely sure which games you have in mind...

Re: WAY OVERPRICED eBay Auctions

The rare ANH Yoda -- which many people don't realized exists -- was printed with white marks around the border, just to make it look cool and vintage. It was previously graded PSA 10, and was only cracked by a playtester to look at before being returned to a sleeve! I loled. That Endor box is defin...

Re: What would your solution be to balance TRM?

For my own good, I'm gonna make a conscious effort to not look in (much less post in) this thread with any regularity. But just real quick-like: In of itself, there is nothing imbalanced about TRM. Other decks are capable of giving up 0 icons as well. Yeah...giving up 0 icons was never the problem. ...

Re: Coronavirus

We aren't really sure what it does. Its a new virus and so much is unknown. Like we know the initial cases presented with pneumonia like symptoms and lung scarring. Most of the people dying were doing so because of lung issues. We think it can affect blood clotting because people are being tested a...

This thread is like the g.i.joe episode where Cobra and gi.joe teamed up to defeat serpentor. Joe, emil, bastian all teaming up to defeat a crazy long haired foe with long fingernails. Gold commentary Ehhh...not some of his better work. I don't think he'll ever look back on that one with pride. But...

https://i.imgflip.com/44edjn.jpg Ah yes. "The Man. The Myth. The Legend." I remember those articles. For years afterward, there were a couple of people who would continue to say "Tiger Style!" when seeing me at events. :) So I guess the theory that I'm a machine goes back to...I don't know, 2002 or...

Re: Coronavirus

Also regarding the masks: Technically you wear the normal everyday mask to protect others. I am not an altruist though, if everybody else would not wear a mask I wouldn't either. If I know what you mean by "normal everyday mask" then yeah, that is not what any of the people I mentioned at work were...
