Re: Getting the Reset convo going
Meanwhile, D&D makes some crazy powerful stuff in v-sets 15-20 Thats committing suicide based on the premises that a reset is inevitable and the only way out. Again, before we reach that step we should understand and isolate the real core issues. Most likely the symptoms we see are caused by a few ...

Re: Getting the Reset convo going
Honestly, just recently, I've been more interested in playing - despite HITCO. I got a newfound love for No Idea using some cards I've never done before and Shadow Collective is a lot of fun and super weird :) That said, something I still miss is an overhaul of theme within different factions. Many...

Re: HITCO vs. Puke Watto
You need to get 2 beatdowns in. 1 to draw out the ghhk, and another one to end the game.
As others have mentioned, Sense/Barrier cancelers are good ideas. If you don't want to waste one of your battle tricks on Watto, don't forget you can send him to used pile.

Re: JNap's "That Time I..." Stream Series
Great stuff! Man the interface looks better and better, big thanks to everyone who is working hard on that. The double death star in one turn accomplishment better be on here someday! Yes, that's on my future episode ideas list... but I'm 99% certain the next episode will be a live stream of me act...

Re: Buggy Revert function?
Normally what happens is the reverting player reverts to just after their last deploy phase action. Then the opponent passes and the phase moves. I would recommend reverting to just BEFORE one of your actions, instead of just after. How would you know? You've never approved a revert before. https:/...

Re: Gemp: Post Rage quit complaints and Conduct complaints here
Sometimes you just want to play. With this opponent, who has a bit of a reputation, it's hard to know if it's better to engage and accidentally set him off, or just try to play the game. It's not as if Casey was ignoring him for an extended period of time, DS had the first turn and conceded before L...

On HT, batmouse indicated a start date of 1/16. Not sure if this is still the plan.spideyguy0 wrote: ↑January 11th, 2021, 10:47 pmWhen is the actual bracket supposed to be out, and when does the event start?

Re: GEMP - Missing Card List (complete)
The last time I played SWCCG was in 2003 when I won the CA state championships... I was very excited to learn that it can be played online but, believe it or not, the last DS deck I used heavily utilized the ANH card Tractor Beam. To my dismay, it isn't compatible with GEMP. Any chance it could be ...

None Shall Pass & Re-deploying
If I play None Shall Pass on Luke Skywalker, Jedi Knight, can my opponent deploy Luke Skywalker, Rebel Scout (v) in the same turn?
My initial feeling was no, but GEMP allowed it.

Re: Primer: Diplomatic Mission To Alderaan (Diplo)
After playing against CCT last night without guts and evac, I can agree those were good substitutions lol. i had a similar build like paul (heavily inspired by him in pre world testing and it did very well against hdv) and all my day 1 games were against cct without guts... it was very hard. Bad dr...

22 Dark platforms 15 Light platforms. Sure HiTCO and HD are dominant, but that's a diverse meta if I've ever seen one. I disagree with the premise. The decks that are 1-offs and 2-offs are just as likely to be peoples favorite deck, or what they are comfortable with or random choice because all els...
