I am unavailable for MN weekend July 18-28, but I think the first couple weekends in August are fine.

I didn't see anyone in the MN thread say August, though it hasn't been ruled out either. I was just thinking we should plan the bigger event first, rather than taking the potentially best weekend for KS.

So I kinda thought July 11th might be the best weekend for the MN weekend, I wouldn't want these to get scheduled for the same weekend. At least 7/11 is the date that was thrown around the most in the MN thread I think. No other weekend was really even mentioned was it?

I could understand it if Sonn V were the first card to allow it, but LS going first has been possible since Premiere.

We ordered the ND States prizes 29 days before the event, hopefully it's enough. :)

I'd consider it, but it all depends on when it's scheduled (echo anyone?).

That's sorta why I wanted you as a major feature of a new region: It would allow you to have your own regional, without having to travel super-far, and people could travel to yours if they wanted to. Geographically this didn't really work then, as Chicago is in the far northeast corner of its regio...

I got my plane tickets and my Comic Con badge. Never really been to a con, but it wasn't very expensive, so why not at least take a look.

I guess you're right. Silly me for thinking a failed starting interrupt would be treated the same as a failed normal interrupt. Here's the rules section for reference: Starting Interrupts and Objectives will list mandatory actions, optional actions, or both, for when they are played/deployed. Mandat...

I see no reason why you couldn't play Any Methods Necessary with the Court objective. There are no conditions listed for being able to play it. You wouldn't need a second prison in order to use Any Methods Necessary, but if you didn't have a second prison your opponent would be able to verify your d...

How about July 11-12? July 4 would probably be out I think, and I'm in Cali from the 18-28 (partly for fun, partly for the west coast Comic Con event). It could be in August too couldn't it?

I understand all that, I just don't think it really makes sense to ever have a non-unique Def. Shield. Maybe that's just my misperception of their intent though. Back to Hunter's list, do you have an alternative to The Professor that would punish the "fairly punished" cards while sparing the "unfair...

Name a Def. Shield that was designed to be non-unique.
