Being a policy does not equate "not being weird". It's not in the tournament guide as that is not updated, and someome like me who attends and doesn't host tournaments could assume that deck lists are required for both (as we don't need to read all tournament rules).

Thanks for the explanation, and I wish the person a speedy recovery. And thanks for confirming that there is no hidden agenda behind it. It still looks bad that there are no lists though. Thinking more on this, are you protecting the lists for the US players coming to Worlds? Is that the reason?
Imagine if it was reversed - Euros was a month before Worlds and we didn't post the lists...

The "move along" post comment doesn't really help either. There is one (1!) weekend left before worlds for cutting, building and playtesting. People don't have time to move along at this point.
