And have the rule, obviously, from previous years that the first person to pick a team gets it, so people still have the incentive to pick early.

Tom's Rules guys. I busted out pretty early picking Reid and then learning he wasn't going (so far as I know), just have fun with what's there and pick a better informed team next year.
