The bracket is posted
The bracket has been finalised and published on http://www.bracketmaker.com - the bracket can be viewed at the following link:
http://www.bracketmaker.com/tmenu.cfm?tid=468919
We will clarify as a matter of urgency if Joe Olson is attending (taking Chris Menzel's place) or not. A few players were "switched" so that players from the same playgroup can not play each other until the top 8. Please post any concerns here and I (or Chris) will address them.

I get a message that I'm not authorized to view the page. Anyone else get that message? I have no problems viewing the MPC bracket, so I have access to other parts of the website.

Changed the link in your first post and made the topic sticky.
Remember that you can also "predict it" in the bracket, so evers one can take a guess.

So "Jordi Paul" is "brainschrat", is that correct?

Joe Olsen is definitely in! I am out. People are eliminated and we haven't even started yet. Crazy!

Who play Emil Game1? Why are U out if we are 32 included U & Joe?Shadow 14 wrote:Joe Olsen is definitely in! I am out. People are eliminated and we haven't even started yet. Crazy!

Re: The bracket is posted
To be fair to Chris, I know that he has had reservations about playing in and running the tournament simultaneously. Then when you factor in that we had already finalised the bracket when Joe said that he could attend and it just worked out to be easiest to just switch Joe in for Chris (Joe would surely have been a 2 seed also).JimmyFrench wrote:Who play Emil Game1? As the highest seed Emil gets a "free turn 1", although he sure would have played.
This last minute change was ok, especially for an American player attending, and (as Paul has said) I was looking to give away my space for awhile.
Everyone else please keep in mind that any further changes or drops mess up the bracket.

Don't worry. It will keep you grounded on Earth and allow us mere mortals to have the illusion to win something every now and then (well, unless Bastian came back or something).Darth_Link wrote:I need all the help I can get after my Euro failure.

Re: The bracket is posted
Honestly, Krypto would be the top seed for me if you count the last 3 years. He got 3 straight finals at Euros, and 1 gempc finals. Those are basically all majors he has competed in, and he reached the finals.
And if Jimmy didn't leave early every year, I'm certain he would have snatched one of the last 4-5 Euros.

Re: The bracket is posted
Yeah, I would agree, but those multiple Worlds and EC titles from you and Bastian make it impossible to argue against.
Not saying that players like Krypto, Jimmy and Nico would not already have a World/MPC title if they had the chance to participate regularily.

Is there a kind soul (preferably on the opposite side of the bracket, but even my round 1 opponent would be fine if I get desperate) who can build me decks and keep it quiet if I send them deck lists a few days before the event, in exchange for allowing me to buy them a buffet dinner?

If U don't find someone on the opposte side, I will do it for U. In that case, I will give U my list to be fair if we have to pair.
