Nice job on the commentary, Joe. You did a great job.

And props to Tom K, and Throdo, and Kessling and Brian for the assistance and interviews!

Joe, you really nailed this one. I loved how you went into each situation during games and really analyzed options. And you did it not to humblebrag about when you had a better solution than the one the player went for, but with honest interest in the game. You often said something along the lines of “wow. Interesting move. I would probably have done x but z could definetly have merrit too”.

You also got the chat thread Involved in a really good way. Not too much and not too little.

In general your approach just made me wanna play cards : )

I am slightly triggered by Joe's pronunciation of "Tantive" as "Tan-TYVE".

I love Joe's emotional response to that Stinger snafu that Celluci left defenseless.

Weird. I prounounce it to rhyme with give. But since I first wrote “live” and realized live rhymes with both give and five, maybe he does prounce it correctly.

Quick- someone make a thread about how to pronounce a capital starship’s name on the forums.

Yes... Rhymes with give. However, I am also firmly in the hard G pronunciation of Gemp.

It’s not the thread, it’s the YouTube video.

Reminds me back when Kevin Shannon was a thing and I heard him say "guk" on his podcast to refer to a dejarik. I'm still recovering.

And then there are other people who walk out literally saying that was the worst movie I've ever seen. Having those two extremes to me is the mark of the type of movie that I want to make.

Don’t worry, I say all the names wrong too. Even among the nerds I don’t quite fit in

It was nice meeting you and I look forward to watching vids at some point!
