I can probably make it the 10th, the 24th is still uncertain for me.

Any feedback on how to improve the cube from those who participated?

Perhaps a bit radical for mains lovers but I would love to see the amount of mains being reduced and remove the starting effects that let you deploy 3 effects. Also I would cut cards like They must never again leave this city, it is such a huge card when you pick up Executor in your draft. I also think that either adding twixes to the starting cards or remove them from the draft entirely is a big boost to make things more equal. If you can grab an early good starting interrupt it can be devastating and the difference between starting a twix or giving your opponent icons is also too great in my opinion. Especially with the rule in limited that you can fetch a battleground once per game.
In limited format with 40 cards or 45 cards I also think that cards that make it too easy to cycle cards like Janus or Threepio (especially the latter since it cannot be battled) are not balanced enough.

Below are my first turns in 2 of the 3 games I played (I started Death Star):

Activate 3, play Twilek fetch TMNALTC, activate 1 more, deploy fetch Bespin with limited rule ,deploy Executor for free.

Game 2 turn 1, after my opponent played 2 sites (one of them cantina) and a system giving me 4 additional force:

Activate 8 force, deploy fetch Bespin with limited rule, deploy Executor for free, deploy Lord Vader for 8 force to cantina, deploy Vader's lightsaber on Vader.

Of course these 2 games are not usual first turns, but having it in 2 games feels absurd already. And I did not even start this effect. Another player had Three Mauls and Phantom Menace and 2 LS players could start with 3 effects with one of them getting Luke (v) in ship consistently out with SA for amazing retrieval in limited.

In the third game I did not draw my Executor in opening hand and my opponent got a first turn Threepio with the Jedi Council chamber as starting location. He could cycle through most of his cards from turn 1.

In limited I like to feel limited in my options and thinking about wether I can risk it to deploy 2 scrub characters. Having a tier 1 main at your disposal in most starting hands is not what I love about playing in limited.
I really like drafting and playing in the Cube and most of the other Dutch players also think it is great. 1 player is building his own cube to see if we can fit it to a playing style more suited for the Dutch meta.

Thanks for the feedback. It is noted.
Especially with the rule in limited that you can fetch a battleground once per game.
This is a house rule that was opted to be used at your event. This rule is not officially PC sanctioned.

Thanks, I did not know that. I thought this was standard. We do use a houserule that permanent weapons on characters do not reduce the forfeit to zero. This is a rule I think is really appropriate for limited play.
