Just bought a weekend pass, missed the deadline for the discount is there leniency on the "additional bonuses"?? Only a few days late

Gogolen guarantees them to the people who make the cutoff, then gives extra to people who preregister but didn't make the cutoff, in the order they registered, until he runs out.

So there's still an incentive to register as early as you can, it's just not guaranteed.

Example: I missed the cutoff for the bonuses at Continentals, but was one of the first ones after the cutoff, and Gogolen gave me the foils.

So think of it as "prereg bonus cutoff is guaranteed to get it, but others might snag the extras in a first come first serve manner if they register early enough.".

its more likely that joe is just fatigued from top 8 worlds/top 16 ocs/outrider cup/etc and wants to not make decks!
