If v13 helps the meta, yes.

If the meta is stagnant and only a minor shift from what it has been all year, I'd probably skip playing, though possibly commentate some.

I don't know what your definition of "help" is, but the meta should be vastly different.

Even if it's bad, at least it'll be different. That's better than bad and the same. And change also means a chance to be good! (And most of the tweaks are great so that's cool.)

I'll remain cautiously optimistic.

I could probably play on the 4th but not the 5th or 6th. It would be helpful to know within a couple days though as I have to book things. The 11th-13th would work but again I'd want to know pretty soon.

Interested. The more compact the time frame of each pod is, the more likely it is that I will be able to play. Not sure if I'll be able to do another 8 hour stretch like TMW.
