Decipher Card Template

Decipher Card Template

I've read that at some point the SWCCGPC got ahold of the template Decipher used to make cards. This is how they create the virtual cards, and I imagine its how the errata'd card images found on the scomp link were generated. Is this template available for anybody to use?

I'm looking to see if its possible to create higher-res images of the cards than the ones found on the scomp link. Thanks.

And to more directly answer, no, the template isn't generally available.
