I use the forums in court, surrounded by both other lawyers and my clients. I'm not going to be able to do that if there's a giant Star Wars logo there.

I’m sure this is not the case, but this gave me a humorous mental image of a murder trial and Casey scrolling through the forums during testimony

I’ve never done a murder trial, but otherwise this is pretty on point.

I saw a post somewhere else where the spoiler tag functioned correctly. From some basic testing it looks like it works if there is an img tag in the same post, even if there is no image.

4 character words in search has absolutely nothing to do with themes. Allowing 4 character words inflates the search index by a lot. I've had problems with it in the past, which is why it's set to 5 character minimum.

Putting avatars on the left is something I also plan on getting to. It involves editing the styles (right side is the default for most themes in phpbb)
