my forum looks different

Please help me. My favorite button "new posts" is gone???!

This is my favorite button too but you can still get it depending on what theme you are using. For the one I'm on now, I have to click the hamburger menu button in the top left corner to see the new/unread posts buttons.

I put a link in the bookmarks bar and jump straight there when I visit the forums.

Gives me so many posts I don't care about one way or another.

Especially on a forum with lower activity like this

I use "unread" rather than new, then just quick-click through topics I don't care about to mark them as read

I was super happy about the feature on the last forum, that allowed you to collapse each 'category' (for instance: Star Wars CCG, The Game) so I only had the few parts of the forum I visit, visible. Would this be easy to reimplement?

In phpbb 3.1 (the previous version) that was theme dependent. In phpbb 3.2 (current version) there is an extension that can be added that will provide that functionality to all themes. I wasn't aware that anyone used that on any of the themes previously, so I didn't bother to download and install it. It can be done, but it will be toward the bottom of my priority list at the moment.

The spoiler tag currently works if you have an img tag anywhere in the same post, even if you don't have an actual image.
