I have recently moved to Halle an der Saale and am trying to find players here or in the vicinity (not as "far" away as Berlin, though). Advice how to find players would also help me.
Berlin and Hannover are actually your closest possibilities as far as I know.
Maybe some-one else from your area is looking for players, too, and will see the post.
You can always mail me a cmenzel@hadewe.de for any Hannover tournaments. I'm from there.
I might actually be prepared to go to Hannover (which, as the German public recently found out, seems to be a not-so-bright center to another kind of universe ) once in a while, so I will indeed e-mail you regarding tournaments there.
Yeah, we tried to get some players from Vienna rebooted a year ago, but nobody really showed up.
But with the prices of cheap flights these days, maybe you can show up in Bochum or in the UK for Europeans or some other major events. It's really a lot of fun.
Never met any players from Stuttgart. There used to be a group of active players in Bensheim, not that far away from you. But I haven't seen them in a while.
