Any word about the consolation event?
Sorry I couldn't give a few updates throughout the day guys....I was out of town pampering my wife. Kevin Shannon won the consolation event.

My question is....Since Kevin and Aaron already got their byes for next years worlds by winning the team event.....who finished 2nd at the consolation?

Congratulations to Mr. Brian Hunter for finally winning the World Championship. It's taken a few years longer than a lot of us expected............but we did expect it to happen eventually.

Now that the "Phil Mickelson" list has gotten one name shorter, who is the greatest current player out there who hasn't won the big one?? Now there's an interesting thread........

Congrats to Brian, he played great vs me in the finals and deserves the win. I'm disapointed to not be the champion but he deserves it. it's 352 am and i just got back to boston after a 5 hour drive and a $254 speeding ticket for mike its been a long night. I'll try to post some more info tomorrow about my day 3 etc.

Congratulations to my fantasy team!!! Each of you 3 guys (Brian, Justin, Mike) would have deserved the title!!!

Ok, fantasy team of 2010: Mike, Justin and Nico, if he finally makes it over the ocean... ;-)

Now this just won't work. If BHerold has his bye already, who's going to volunteer to travel to 10+ events this next summer??

Good 2 Texas players already have byes. Maybe I'll get another one for finishing 5th at states next year like I did this year.

You know what I'm talking about. This is just like that time Captain Picard wanted Luke to go with Treebeard but Luke was all "I don't know what you're talking about, do you mean this dragon I caught?" and Captain Picard was all NO RETARD, I mean go with that tree and Luke just kept talking to his friends Anakin and Jar-Jar and then he left Picard on Mordor and forgot about it completely. I love that episode.

Quoted from an email my wife sent me.
