It seems eier is going to be Hunter's new minion. Booker you can join Team Texas if you wish.
I don't think it would make sense to call someone a Judas for becoming a minion of Jesus. Judas didn't have the best track record in that department.

Nothing personal. :) The applications came in pretty fast, and I committed to one of the first 4 candidates, before the rest of the offers showed up. "It is what it is."

You make a valid point.

However, Judas was pretty nice until he decided some silver was worth turning in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

And then there are other people who walk out literally saying that was the worst movie I've ever seen. Having those two extremes to me is the mark of the type of movie that I want to make.

I would turn Hunter in for some Coruscant packs. Seems like he might even forgive me.

Mike, can you explain the emperor zapping luke thing more? Did it get ruled wrong at cor regionals or something? I'm trying to figure out how you wanted to play it and then why it didn;t work.

Gemmeperor would be totally broken if he could zap captive Luke- you could zap him at the end of your opponent's turn EVERY turn, and they would have to lose 3 to Your Destiny each time, without them getting a chance to redeploy him. Also, there may have been some confusion because Force Lightning specifies that it can zap someone "even if a captive," and Gemmeperor does not.

wow, so with force lightning + immunity emperor, you can zap luke in light side's draw phase every turn to make them lose 3 to your destiny? that's crazy too. just have to track and stuff (and have infinite force lightnings of course).

Yeah, at least then you'd have to track two cards (your Force Lightnings and a good destiny), but it would still be pretty nuts. Emperor could upload FL but it would mess up tracking... maybe use Bewil v to get it from force pile?

Iwish I would have noticed this topic before worlds. Obviously you would have been awarded Thomas Whaley as a default!
