what is an Origins event?
Origins Gaming convention is Wednesday June 23rd to Sunday June 27th in Columbus, Ohio-

I have myself and two local SWCCG players who are planning on going to Origins, so a Star Wars event sounds great.

Is this for Origins? I might make a separate topic if I were you Brad, I was planning to make one for San Diego as well...also if you need someone else to run it, you may want to mention that too.

Would it still be East Nats, or are you thinking that would be better served as a more in-depth, 3 day event somewhere else?

If you're considering attending East Nationals, there is a poll up in the Tournaments section asking for input on the dates.

Can we have east nationals in Austin? I'll let people sleep on my couch.

You know what I'm talking about. This is just like that time Captain Picard wanted Luke to go with Treebeard but Luke was all "I don't know what you're talking about, do you mean this dragon I caught?" and Captain Picard was all NO RETARD, I mean go with that tree and Luke just kept talking to his friends Anakin and Jar-Jar and then he left Picard on Mordor and forgot about it completely. I love that episode.

Quoted from an email my wife sent me.

Bumping this- we've had just four State events and ONE Regional event scheduled. If your area is not already in the planning stages for your event, please begin to do so soon.
