2011 Worlds Hotel & Travel Info (Read before booking rooms)

Post by imrahil327 »

Please note that we have signed up for a Hyatt Rewards plan. This allows the PC to use those points to save money on future conference space.

If you could please use the following reward number when booking your room with Hyatt, it will really help us continue to have large events at hotels (because of the large costs).

Hyatt Gold Rewards
Passport # 512080731Q

Zip code for rewards card is 08648

Room costs:
Single Occupancy: $ 99
Double Occupancy: $ 99
Triple Occupancy: $ 124
Quadruple Occupancy: $ 124

Location
Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill
400 New Jersey Ave NW
Washington, DC 20001
Phone - 202 737 1234

Is this the Regency Hyatt Crystal City (like a block from Reagan Airport) or the one over by the mall?

I'll be checking asap on the close date of the room blocks. So book while they are still there.

Deadline has been extended to Monday, August 1st.

Please note there are only 5 rooms left for each night at the block rate. IE, 5 for Thursday, 5 for Friday, 5 for Saturday and 5 for Sunday.

I don't know if I can get more rooms opened since I was able to get 5 more for each night at the 99/night rate and got the deadline pushed back until Monday.
