Ok, so revisiting this thread.
In the wake of everything going on, the coronavirus, etc, how is everyone finding their depression / anxiety / OCD / nervousness / etc. levels?
I have been extremely anxious lately, and my depression has definitely gone up. Going through a divorce while quarantined, and on furlough from work, has been absolutely ....awful. Not getting to see my kids for stretches while being stuck at home, with no idea about my job situation, my life situation, anything, has had me about max-stressed out now for a long time.
My work has started calling some people back to work to start Friday, and some have also received permanent laid off notices (dated that they will be permanently laid off on 9.15, so 90 days notice from the letter), and then theres a lot of workers, like me, who haven't gotten a call, e-mail, notice, or anything from work, and when calling in they just tell us "wait your turn".
Soooo.... how is everyone else doing?
