If your opponent drops it does not affect the SOS at all. If he does not drop, it might get better or worse depending on wether he wins or not.
That seems kinda contradictory :)

Hm, no. But it may not be clear that in the first sentence I meant it does not change anything if your opponent drops or not as long as his win-loss-ratio stays the same. If your opponent goes 2:2 or 4:4, that is all the same to you.

It looks like a second cube tournament will run parallel to the first one.

Thanks to every-ones's favorite Vikings from the icy realms of Denmark for providing a second cube!!

This cube is also limited to 10 players, and we have around 7 places left.
If you want to play in SW draft you should register yourself in the doodle poll as soon as possible.

I've mailed with Kristian back and forth, and I assumed that you and him want to play in a cube you will provide the cards for (which you also probably don't know yet). ;)

Kristian, you (in the disguise of Morton Iverson) and me will also have a Christmas party together, will do a 2 week Star Wars vacation cruise, and buy the rights for the Star Wars CCG from Lucas and Decipher to build a new company. But more on that in November. :)

(PS: Sorry to "go over your head", but with only 4 places left in the cube, I was afraid that you guys would provide a cube and there were no places left for you).

Well, I'm already playing in the Team Tournament later this day, World Championship Day 2 on the following day and either Worlds Day 3 or the Consolation Tourney the day after that. That's quite enough Star Wars CCG for me over the course of one weekend. I'd like for the weekend to have room for more than just playing cards non-stop, so by default, count me out please. I might decide to play, I don't know that yet, but I don't want to be pre-registered for it at this time. If someone else would like to play, by all means, let them.

I just added the following tournament and ifo for it in the first post (official schedule):

Y2K (Alternate Format) Tournament
Event Start: 16:00
Entry Fee: 5 Euro
Number of Games: 4
Tournament Style: Swiss Constructed (only cards till Tatooine expansion)
Ranking/Pairing System: Differential
Requirements: No deck lists required. Minimum of 8 players required. No Byes for this.

Day 1 Y2K (Alternate Format) Tournament

Missing the old days? The Y2K tournament takes you back to late 2000, before the release of the Tatooine expansion. All the players who already have a Bye for Day 2 can play in this alternate format tournament. The Viking master of deck madness, Kristian (Schmukke) Lund with host this tourney, in which only cards from are all sets up until Reflections 2 and Third Anthology are allowed. That means everything released before Tatooine was released, so no V-cards and no Episode 1 cards.
Only allowed cards are cards from the following sets:

Premiere (1995)
A New Hope (1996)
Hoth (1996)
Dagobah (1997)
Cloud City (1997)
Jabba's Palace (1998)
Special Edition (1998)
Endor (1999)
Death Star II (2000)

Premiere Two-Player Game (1995)
Jedi Pack (1996)
The Empire Strikes Back Two-Player Game (1996)
Rebel Leaders pack (1997)
Official Tournament Sealed Deck (1998)
Enhanced Premiere (1998)
Enhanced Cloud City (1999)
Enhanced Jabba's Palace (1999)
Jabba's Palace Sealed Deck (2000)
Reflections II (2000)
Third Anthology (2000)
FOIL edition of allowed cards released in later sets (Reflection III) are also allowed.

See, now this I might very well play in (especially seeing as how I was the one who mentioned the idea to Kristian in the first place, haha). How can I not play in the format that was pretty much ruled by my absolute favorite deck of all time?! :)

Well, it would be awesome if you would participate in the cube as well :) In either case, I am looking forward to this one. Y2K was such a fantastic era, and I am honestly not sure which of my old decks to bring out of the closet, although some candidates weight more than others ;)

Morten, play in the cube, and I'll borrow you an Emperor or two.. mwaahahaa ;)

Good to hear! Looks like it's gonna be no problem getting the minimum of 8 players.
