Post by kcaton »

Congratulations to today's inductees into the Star Wars Hall of Fame:

JON CHU, introduced by Matt Sokol
JUSTIN DESAI, introduced by Steve Baroni
ANGELO CONSOLI, introduced by Chris Menzel
KEVIN SHANNON, introduced by Aaron Nelson

Picture will be forthcoming of our inductees with their sweet, sweet swag.

(edited by Gogolen- changed spelling of Chu's first name)

Congrats to an awesome bunch of guys. Not seeing this is by far my biggest regret about not being able to attend.

Rumor has it they are automatically qualified for Worlds every year, but don't quote me on that. Perhaps someone else can confirm this.

Yes, but that was more than 10 years ago. It's about time that Bastian, Yannick and I had some company.

Not trying to hate, but why did Scott and others put the effort into a HoF when they can just refer to Hunter's list?

It is good for the game to have people in the HOF.

All the people they picked are great players and deserving of being in the HOF. I imagine there was not really any trouble in picking players to put in the HOF considering the people that are still playing.
Well it is a new Year hopefully i will finish strong this year :)

Are there plans on putting a page on the site for the Hall of Fame? You know... picture, brief bio, list of accomplishments, etc.....?

For those of us either new or returning to the game it is nice to have that type of information.

Thanks!

I did get some video of it, although it's just terrible and by far not my best camera work. I'll try to get it posted soon so people watch it.
