11? Def thought I had improved in seeding coming into the field from where I was last year.

Schmaltz was a 16 last year and Vikram wasn't there so your argument is invalid

To be fair, I had myself pegged for like a 6-seed this year.

Ditto (Edit: I mean ditto in that I had MYSELF pegged as a #6. I didn't have you pegged at that, or anyone at anything at all). I'm pretty sure I'm vastly overseeded, since I haven't looked at cards since October Cali event, and didn't prep that much for that.

Plus I have no idea who my round one opponent is (heard the name before?) or either of my potential round 2s, and then I have to face Kevin Shannon if I make it to round 3, which no amount of preparation will help with, so I guess that means... No Preparation Needed!

Woohoo, can just show up and play scrub out. :P

See you guys Friday!

Hey you're my round 2 guy!

Thanks for putting your name in your sig, that makes this much easier.

Do you know anything about Joe Gianetti or Christ Westargard?

Please PM any relevant info about what decks they play, or what decks you might be playing.

Thanks in advance!

I don't know what decks he plays, but you have to watch out for that trick where he walks on water. On the bright side, the bill for the bar is usually pretty low.

Thanks!

To be objective, my actual results are pretty bad. Once I start playing good decks I'll get seeded better.

Strange. Seems like some predictions, including mine, that are clearly timestamped prior to the deadline, are showing up under the "late predictions" field.

The cutoff time is Pacific TZ; does that shed any light on this?

Oh, wait, the cutoff was 12 AM the 24th, which I suppose means that the last you could turn in a prediction was 11:59:59 on Thursday the 23rd.

It's much more exciting to me when you get a group of people who are coming up to you.....really really excited about it. And then there are other people who walk out literally saying that was the worst movie I've ever seen. Having those two extremes to me is the mark of the type of movie that I want to make.
