Should I bring US$ or CAD as entry fees, and in which currency are the prizes given?

This seems like such a troll question, but is honestly a damn good one when you think about it.

It is actually a great question. I didn't think to ask because I, like most of my fellow U.S. citizens, are far too "America-centric" in mindset. Of course, I assumed that everything would be in U.S. dollars because ... ... U.S.A, U.S.A I guess.

So, what is the answer PC?

The payout will certainly be in USD, likely to be paid via paypal after the fact, since I don't think Canada loves wads o'cash being brought over the border. The entry fee is up to raith.

Countries love it when you visit and bring all your money. (They just don't like it when you take it out with you too.)

I am ok with both Canadian and US. All of the event entries are listed in US funds, but I will accept Canadian funds based on current market rates (.90CAN/1US currently)

Hypothetically speaking, if I were to win Worlds, what time do you think that I would finish playing (the last cheap flight that I could make would leave at 19:30)?

That would be cutting it somewhat close- IF all the matches went the full 3 hrs, even with no breaks, it would be 7 PM. If you made top 8, though, it's possible that the rest of the t8 could agree to start earlier to enable you to make it.
