My day 3 DS was also PM'ed to Robbie (had just about finished writing out my LS list when Scott goes "wouldn't it be easier for you to type that?")

Day 2 deck count, may be from an earlier version of the PDF (totaled 60 dark, 59 light):

DS:
11 Court (~2 mains, rest were Scum)
9 TTO
8 CCT (several were Pittsburgh guys with the R'tic deck)
8 EOps (non-TTO) (several were Minnesota guys with the Scythe TIE deck)
6 Coruscant CRv
5 AOBS
4 Hoth CRv
3 HD
2 BHBM
2 IE
1 Bespin CRv
1 Senate

LS:
14 WHAP
11 TRM
9 WYS
5 Profit
4 HB
4 Hoth CPv (Minnesota guys with the ANSB non-EBO deck)
3 Diplo
3 OA
2 QMC
1 Jakku CPv
1 Naboo CPv
1 Senate
1 TIGIH

I expected Ryan's Court Scum to make an impact, but didn't expect it to be THAT big an impact. Only two QMCs was probably the biggest shock to me. Also didn't expect to see Profit and HB in such large numbers.

And no RST? All those helpers cards should have been enticing to build that deck.

Or combat.
Interesting that, even with the new counter, TTO was still in the number 2 spot.

I expected more of the Old Allies objective deck.
It seemed pretty strong, when I played it.
Is it really that bad, or has bad match ups or something?

Whoa, my first 2 DS games were both against HD so I didn't realize there were only 3 total HD decks out there. Thought it was much more popular.

And I could've sworn I saw far more QMC decks on Day 2. Blows my mind that there were apparently on two of them? Looks like there are still 3 lists missing I guess.

And then there are other people who walk out literally saying that was the worst movie I've ever seen. Having those two extremes to me is the mark of the type of movie that I want to make.

I don't know that people gave the deck as much credit as it deserved leading up to worlds. I do think it will be more popular going forward

Reading through interviews before the event made two things clear to me that were born out: many people were afraid of court, and many people were convinced on tto either that or was dead or still kicking strong.

My impression was that the fear of court was wise on that it was played, but foolish in that it wasn't exceptional.
Well, Bye.

Richards also played HD and I don't believe his lists are in the pdf, so there were 4 HD decks. He played WYS for light. I also have Tom Kelly's lists (WYS and IE).

I think we looked at it and found the following:

-non-speeders had an issue with the court matchup
-speeders had an issue with IE, and if your opponent spreads or goes to your interior twixes

I also felt that the first iteration of those decks wasn't optimized so I chose to go with something else for worlds. I'm really looking forward to see if it shapes up into something over time. It definitely seems a lot stronger out of the gate than Diplo did at the time.
