Side Event - Hearthstone Bracket Friday after Team

we talked about doing this a little in the off-topic forum, but i'll post this here

let's pencil in starting up an unofficial hearthstone tournament bracket after the Team Tournament event on Friday evening.


I'm definitely open to feedback, just laying out some ideas so we have a starting point.

Some ground rules...
1. Entry fee $5, goes towards prizes for 1st/2nd place
2. Bring 3 decks - max one deck per class. We'll write these down (with deck type) on command cards for each player so we have a degree of accountability (i.e.: Keith Brown - Jade Druid, Reno Mage, Aggro Shaman)
3. Conquest Format - if you win with a deck, it can't be used again.
4. Best of 5 games (i.e., have to win with each of your 3 decks)
5. Standard Format
6. We won't be implementing any class bans, gets too complicated for our purposes.
7. We'll set up a bracket with seeding based (loosely) on highest rank achieved (and/or approx number of times hitting legend)
8. Single elim bracket with Bo5 matches.
9. Decks are "locked in" after start of tournament. NO changing any cards between games or rounds.

Also I am in for this, I won't be arriving in time for the team tourney but this is after.

We played a very casual version of the original idea last night after dinner. Greg beat shewski in the finals and I pulled it out against Trevor in the consolation match.
