How long will it be possible to register for this one? Still not sure, when I will take my long winter vacation , but it is still a possibility that I might make the MPC.

At least till mid January, maybe late January.
There are still a few players who want to go, and we have only a few more spots left, so I didn't post a deadline yet.

I have extended the deadline to the 21st January. That is the last date for registering for the Euro MPC.

The pairing bracket is relatively easy done, though. I've tested it yesterday. You will have the pairings by 1st February.

Something came up and I now probably can't make it on Fri Eve. I'm still good to travel to Hannover from Berlin on Sat Morning, though, which is very much manageable. Just until what time do I really have to be there? Do games start at 10am sharp?

Yes, in this case we have to start on time, because it will already be a looong day with extended time, etc.

Good to know: I've already opened a small mailing list with 5 of them and at least Julian & me will meet for a first couple of games this week on Tue or Thu! We hope that Nico, Henry and/or Gregor will join, too. Happy to roll the drums then, as well.

Does anybody have a room booked already for 2 nights, from friday to sunday and need a roommate?
Or does anybody want to be my roommate and i book the room? Going rate seems to be 144 EUR for 2 nights for a room with 2 beds at the moment. Breakfast not included.

Plan is to come by train, arrive in Hannover at about 8pm on friday, so being at the hotel between 8 and 9 pm.

As others have said in the other thread, don't worry too much about the seeding. Nobodys perfect and you have been very open and vocal about the process. If anybody knows better, they should have chimed in.

We have 2 players who might not make it for work reasons, so I am still waiting for pre-registrations.
In this format "last minute cancellations" are bad, so I want to make sure that it's as good as possible.

So, any players (or small groups of 2-3 players) who want to come... time to make up your minds now!

@Bastian: We will be coming with two people from Munich. Potemkin (=Julian Konrad) will be joining me.

If you don't mind we could share a room between the 3 of us. You 2 could take the beds and I would offer to take the ground (bringing stuff with me). Would be a bit cheaper, and we could stop looking for roomates.

Or if there is another person is looking for a room we could split 2 | 2. Whatever fits best.

We are still looking for cheaper train tickets, but should arrive on 9:30 Hannover central station and leave at 7:30 on sunday.

DDM is a bit shaky and can probably only tell later.
