I had SO MUCH currywurst when I was in Germany, and I'm sure it wasn't even the good kind (mostly it was in train stations).

Currywurst is mainly train station or street food, but there are good ones and bad ones as everywhere.

The venue has a Currywurst on their regular menu, though i doubt it will be part of the buffet. Maybe something for friday evening, depending on when you arrive.
No idea how good it is though, it’s not a local specialty there, unlike the Bochum area. I am planning on eating Grünkohl instead!

Gruenkohl comes with it's own special wurst "Bregenwurst", which was made of cow/calf? brain in the early days.
It is not anymore, but still is a bit special, and not as well known as curry wurst (every one likes that).
