So obviously nothing personal against anyone not listed, just went with the prereg list and the few that I knew for certain, as noted in the opening sentence(s), and tried to pick a high-ish number for unlisted so people with inside info didn't have a huge advantage in knowing who was coming and picking them, but still were feasibly able to pick someone (i.e. not "you must pick from the list", or "unlisted = 90 points" type thing).
Looks like plenty of people still picking RSmith, so 60 was apparently the right amount, and apparently a lot of confidence from people that he'll be there.
