Why aren't these in the tweak set?

After looking to the Current Rulings thread I found, that these errata's has been made:

First, some things from the CBT / DnD / Proofing

The following are all new entries to Appendix A of the AR and are effective immediately.

Ambush (V)
This card should have the [Episode I] icon.

Make Ten Men Feel Like A Hundred
If Stardust on table, deploy on table. Saw is a Resistance Agent and spy. Once per game, may \/ Saw. Rebel spies deploy -1 to Scarif. Once per battle, if you just drew a Rebel spy for destiny, may retrieve 1 Force. Nightfall is canceled. [Immune to Alter.]

Xizor's Palace: Sewer
DARK: Once per game, may exchange an alien in hand with a non-spy Black Sun agent in Lost Pile.
LIGHT: Once per game, if you control, may retrieve a Corellian.

I am now wondering. Why aren't these parts of Set 12 and the pdf?

But maybe I am blind and there IS a pdf of these changes. On the main paige there wasn't.

They are put in their original sets they were released in, as they were errata. So like han's blaster is still in v0.

If you want to just print the new stuff, vkit has been updated with all the v12 new cards and changes.

Actually the 3 cards in the OP were done separate from the tweak set. These were competitive balance errata from D&D/Advocates (with the exception of Ambush, which was just a minor proofing change essentially). We actually didn't agree to the changes to be made to them until a few weeks ago, after the Tweak Set was pretty close to being wrapped up.

One way to look at it is that the Tweak Set was intended to help previously unplayed cards, while these other errata (with the exception of Ambush) were done to tone them down a bit.

Yeah, but Han's blaster was on the Set 12 pdf.
