Joe,

I have the computer and need some help in what to do to upload the videos. Any idea?

Note - how does one 'ping'?

youtube is pretty easy, you basically drag and drop the files (1 at a time) to upload them.

It would be better if you first watched the beginning of the game, then renamed the files to explain the game and players...IE- Worlds 2018 Day 2 game 3- Ross LS vs Chu DS

then when it gets uploaded to youtube, it should populate that as the video title

Shadows of the Empire, Legendary Starfighter, Tatooine Occupation... there are quite a few ways.

looks like they finally transfereed over from twitch

but they arent formatted correctly, i'll admit to the fault on this one as while i was running the stream its easy(for me) to forget to break the recording at the right times, and i know i missed it on a few of them

the entire thing was streamed, and we just need to piece it up into the right games and place them in order, i just wanted to make sure they got to youtube asap as sometimes twitch removes things before we get to it and i definitely didnt want that to happen with these videos

scott, what someone would need to do, is sit down on the laptop that we used and watch the videos and clip them into the right games, or if we upload them into some sort of cloud storage i could try to get to it this weekend, i just dont have the files with me, and everytime i try to download them from twitch they get halfway done and freeze....it sucks.

once we get the long stream vids clipped into games, then we delete the other ones from the youtube account

again, im sorry if this creates man labor that can easily be eliminated, i was planning on having another more tech savy assistant with me on saturday, but sunday i was a lot better about the tech stuff as i had casey and others along side, but on saturday its a bit of a mess...but as you guys know between all the setup and just making sure everthing is running and picking the feature matches, running back and forth between the game room and the stream room, and all while trying to get food and sneak a few smoke breaks in, some things slip thru the cracks.

You should be able to trim the videos directly in Twitch by creating a highlight. No need to download the video at all.

Jerry, if you want to do that and have questions, let me know.

Watching the unedited finals now. As mentioned in part 3 of myself tournament report, a pox on the institution that decided to blast loud music on a Sunday during football. Completely pointless.

there is about 15 hours of video on Youtube now, which should be all of day 2 and day 3. they aren't broken down as cleanly as Nats, but no biggie. The important part is that the content is there.

Seems like Day 2 Game 1 through about half about Day 2 Game 2 are is missing? I very well could be wrong though.
