World Championship Interview Series

Post by Corran »

In honor of the 25th Star Wars CCG World Championship, I'm doing an interview series with some world champions from the past.

Here is my interview with 3 time Star Wars CCG World Champion(2001, 2018, 2019) Bastian Winkelhaus

Here's yet another interview. This time it's with 2005 Star Wars CCG Worlds Runner Up James Paul Booker. He paints an amazing picture of a world where Combat Readiness v let you start 4 effects and J'Quille v was one of the best cards in the game

These have been great, really enjoying them and excited for the next one (or few?) that you sound as if you are going to post :)

At this point, my interviews with Emil and Desai are waiting to be edited, and I have one more interview that is scheduled to record Friday night. This has been a cool little project and I'll definitely have more interviews in the new year as long as people want to talk to me.

Make sure you get some practice/sleep, aren't you in the 4 AM pod Saturday? :)

Good luck to you at worlds and thanks again for your entertaining podcasts!

This is definitely a big SWCCG week for me. The plan is to sleep tonight and play decks that I know really well on Saturday. Also, I will not be editing any podcasts during my games at Worlds.

These are all great. I'm all caught up. They gel well with several of the #swccg25to25 items.
I'm telling you, you're basically the sports Dan Patrick of this community. Guy from Ohio who interviews people well.

These are pretty awesome, especially as someone who wasn't active during many of those years it was kinda cool to catch up with the history.
